- Visit the Spa. Women who have just gone through a break-up will want to head over to the spa or beauty salon for the full treatment. It can make you feel absolutely amazing, and when you see your ex, him seeing you all dolled up can remind him of what exactly he is missing.
- Reflect on Yourself as an Individual. Whether you were dating for three months or three years, it’s pretty easy to lose track of who you are and what you want out of life as an individual when you are a part of a couple. Use the break-up as a time to reflect on your own personal future. Do you really see your ex as a part of that future or was the relationship holding you back in some way? If getting the ex back is what you really want, this moment of self-reflection will help you to find the focus and clarity you need to approach your ex with an honest conversation about your relationship.
If you have made up your mind and absolutely think getting the ex back is the best approach to take, you will want to look your best and feel your best. The last thing your ex will want to do is recommit to a blathering, desperate person who looks like a train wreck. So take the time to pull yourself together and reflect with friends and with yourself on your own to see if this relationship is worth trying to save.
